We've redesigned the user interface to make it even easier and faster for you to find your way around. With the new look, we're also laying the foundation for exciting expansions that await you in the coming months — including warehouse management, machine management, and new analysis features.

From now on, you can easily look back at the past season. In your virtual station, you will have access to all data on the risk of infection and weather conditions until 01.01.2025. This allows you to see at a glance in which phases the pressure was particularly high — and whether there were perhaps gaps in plant protection.

Work export time filter
Past activities can now be exported specifically for specific years using a time filter.

For different drivers who record their lane using VineForecasts Tracking, the recorded tracks are now displayed in different colors so that drivers can be better differentiated from one another.
The old user management view has been completely redesigned. This was improved as a result of the revision:
- Overview of active and inactive accesses
- View user role more quickly
- Improved behavior when editing, inviting, and deleting users
- Search users
- Mobile user management now possible

Damage reports can now be added to tasks and thus coordinated more targeted repair work.


In some cases, cached data, in particular the recommendations following the implementation of a plant protection measure, could not be overwritten on the mobile phone. With VineForecast, it is now possible to update the entire page by dragging the task and thus overwrite old data.

The task status can now also be easily changed on a mobile phone. To do this, simply drag the task to a status in the management board (Scheduled, Active, Recently Completed).

From now on, we will receive customer support from our new colleague “VineBot”. VineBot is able to answer all common questions and answers your questions within a few seconds. This gives you quick support if you get stuck in the program. With every question asked, VineBot also improves and will be able to help you even better in the future.
VineBot will forward complicated questions to our support team, who will then get back to you directly (available from the Pro version).
VineBot is available to all users of Basic - Premium subscribers. To get an answer from VineBot, you can simply write a message via the Support Chat.

The path to starting tasks was often via the FAB button (green plus in the dashboard) and adding a message to confusion, and users found this path to be unintuitive.
From now on, tasks can be started using the “Start Work” button on the dashboard. The number at the top right of the button shows how many tasks are currently active for the user.
Reports can now be created on the same page using the “Add message” button.
