You can now assign custom colors to your surfaces. This makes it possible, for example, to display wastelands, lease management or quality levels clearly and visually on the map.
The color assignment is carried out via work areas. Simply create a work area (e.g. “wasteland”) and assign a color to it. All vineyards that are assigned to this area are then colored accordingly.
If a vineyard is assigned to several work areas, the corresponding colors are displayed on the map at the same time. As a result, various properties of a surface can be quickly identified.

As part of adapting the app to the new plant protection requirements, we have completely redesigned the documentation view. Now you can see more details of the documented injection.

The view has also been adapted to the mobile view so that you can also view all important details of the latest measures on the go.

new
consumables
Since documentation requirements are becoming more comprehensive from 01.01.2026, we have created a solution with “consumables” to create all plant protection products in the system in accordance with the law (e.g. approval number).

In addition, the new feature makes it possible to create additional funds, such as detention or network funds, and now also include them in the brewing quantity calculation and save them in the documentation
In order for you to be able to create plant protection documentation from now on, at least one consumable must be available in your database.
Add consumables
You can create consumables under Settings → Consumables.
- Open Settings → Consumables.
- In the top right corner, click “Add consumables.”
- A window opens with all approved plant protection products for your country.
- Search for the desired product.
- In the last column, click “Add this product.”
The product, including all relevant information (e.g. registration number), is then stored in your database and can be used in documentation or tasks.
Available databases
Plant protection product databases are currently available for the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
- Belgium
- France
- Spain
- Luxembourg
- The Netherlands
- United Kingdom
Add more consumables manually
Only products classified as plant protection products are shown in the product list.
If you want to add more consumables (such as wetting agent, adhesive, or foliar fertilizer), you can create them manually:
- Click “Add consumables.”
- In the top right corner of the window, select “Manually add consumables.”
- Enter the desired information about the device and save it.
The manually created consumable is then also available to you for plant protection tasks and documentation.
Companies that have either stored many areas or have already stored many tasks in the app have recently experienced performance problems. We have now worked on these and have been able to achieve a significant improvement in loading time
Introduction of a feature that allows multiple employees to be recorded via a single device.
- Background: In many wineries, not every employee has their own device for time recording or does not actively use it.
- Local employees can now record working hours on behalf of other employees.
- This feature involves adjustments in three areas of the system to support multi-person recording.
This extension makes time recording easier for teams without individual devices and improves the traceability of working hours in the field.
To start recording, a foreman can start a task as usual. As soon as he activates tracking, he has the option to select additional employees who have already been created in the app and also record the times for them:

It was no longer possible to open the overview of all work orders by clicking on a vineyard in the task card. This bug has been fixed.
In the meantime, there was a problem that the app was reloaded every 10-15 minutes while using live mode. This issue has now been resolved.
In the meantime, the location of the active device was no longer centered during live tracking. This issue has now been resolved.
Before importing surfaces, a selection window is now displayed. Users can thus specifically select which areas should be imported instead of automatically importing all of them.
The window includes:
- Map view with all available areas, with selected areas highlighted in color.
- List in the same design as in existing cases, where areas are added to a task or documentation, for example.
New actions in modal:
- Import selected plots
- Import all plots
We've redesigned the user interface to make it even easier and faster for you to find your way around. With the new look, we're also laying the foundation for exciting expansions that await you in the coming months — including warehouse management, machine management, and new analysis features.
